1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using this Platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform — the Sekolah Client logistics management system, including all its features, modules, and services.
• User — an individual or business entity that registers for and/or uses the Platform's services.
• Tenant — a logistics company or partner that operates its services through the Platform.
• AWB/Receipt — the airway bill or shipment receipt number issued through the Platform.
• Services — shipment booking, receipt tracking, rate checking, online payments, support tickets, and other services available on the Platform.

3. Description of Services

The Platform provides integrated logistics management services, including:

• Self-service shipment booking and AWB issuance;
• Online shipment status tracking;
• Rate checking and shipping cost calculation;
• Online shipment payments through payment service providers;
• Submission and handling of customer support tickets;
• Conversational assistant (chatbot) service;
• Management portal for platform tenants.

The Platform is only a system provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the physical shipment of goods is carried out by the logistics company (tenant) or its carrier partners under their respective terms.

4. Registration & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old or a duly established business entity to register for and use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current data when registering.
• You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
• By registering, you are deemed to have agreed to the applicable Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to reject registrations or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Use of Services

• You must use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and must not misuse the services.
• The shipment data you provide (sender, receiver, address, phone number, and goods value) must be accurate. Data errors are your responsibility and may affect the smooth delivery of shipments.
• Displayed prices are estimates and may change according to service provider policies and any additional costs incurred (e.g., insurance and platform fees).
• We reserve the right to refuse or postpone bookings containing invalid or suspicious information.

6. Shipments & Goods

• You are prohibited from shipping goods that are banned by laws and regulations (including narcotics, illegal weapons, excess cash, and dangerous goods without permits).
• You must declare the value of goods accurately for insurance and carrier liability purposes.
• Perishable, flammable, or goods requiring special handling must be clearly declared.
• Transportation, insurance, and compensation follow the terms of the logistics company (tenant) handling your shipment.

7. Payments

• Payments can be made in cash (subject to service provider terms) or through online payment using payment service providers (Midtrans, Xendit, PayPal, Stripe, DOKU, Duitku, Tripay, OY!, iPaymu).
• You are responsible for any service fees charged by payment service providers.
• Platform fees may apply according to the applicable scheme and will be shown in the cost breakdown.
• Refunds follow the policies of each service provider and applicable terms.
• We do not store your payment card data; all card transactions are processed by the payment service provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Platform, you are prohibited from, among others:

• Using the Platform for illegal or unlawful activities;
• Disrupting, damaging, or excessively burdening the Platform's infrastructure;
• Attempting to access other people's systems, data, or accounts without authorization;
• Distributing malicious software (malware), spam, or deceptive content;
• Falsifying identity or shipment data;
• Misusing features, including unreasonable automation without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of the Platform.
• Responsibility for the physical shipment of goods lies with the logistics company (tenant) under applicable terms.
• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including network outages, power failures, or natural disasters.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these terms and conditions or applicable laws and regulations. You may also stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that reasonably survive termination (including payments, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) remain binding.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be announced through the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect, you are deemed to accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising hereunder shall first be resolved through deliberation; if not resolved, the dispute shall be settled in the competent court of [company domicile city].
